Wiccan names, whats in a name

So what is a Wiccan name?? Simply put it is a name that you are known by other wiccans.
It can be funny or serious but it usually describes you or how you act. Many sound cool others out there but it should always describe that person it is attached to. So first you need to know how to find your name

There are many ways to find your wiccan name, depending on you path and tradition you may have a way that you use exclusively or you may use any, here are the top 3 that are used:
1. mediation-finding your name by mediation is like looking for signs and symbols that come to you.
You will find many people find their name this way. you can see animals and plants.
2 If you are part of a coven it is sometimes your mentor or high priest/ess that gives you your name often called a coven name. From being around you and knowing your ways they usually can come up with a name that fits you.
3 number names- Also called numerology it is the taking of the letters as a number and adding them.

Sirvi RavenWind- most think that because i love warriors that is where my name came from. Well i hate to disappoint you but i have been using this name long before warriors ever came out. So how did i get my name??
I used mediation as my method I often see ravens and black frogs in my meditations as well a cats, and since my elements or fire and air i chose to use air as the second part of my name so it was

Raven Air which does not sound well together so i changed Air to wind to get RavenWind sounds much better and keeps my Air element.

So where did the Sirvi come from? well i did not like servant as part of my name, however i thought that I am a servant to my god and goddess and i wanted to show that so this is what i did

from Servant i dropped the 'nt to become Serva which was not to bad but i just did not like it so I changed the two vowels from E and A to Two I's to get Sirvi.

Later i found out that Sirvi has a numerology of 5 which is the same as my birthdate number LOL
where Serva has a numerology of 2

Well I know that my spiritual guide is a silver wolf, but my protector is a black bat!
I don't know how to incorperate these into a Wiccan name...

the only other one that may fit you better is Willowleaf as it is a 1 just like your birth number but it is up to you to decide which of the two sound better to you.
