Custom userbars. Empty Custom userbars.

Following the userbars thread, i decided to accept requests for custom userbars, Zuchie has agreed to help(sometimes).

send the image, scanlines or not, and maybe font type.

Hmm, I think most people are making their own userbars anyway. But yeh, we'll just have this thread up if anyone wants a userbar made by someone else xd
